Pre registration
You can pre register on for the show before 2nd April 2026 at the link here. We highly recommend that those registering for the 1st time begin the process sooner rather than later.

Registration
You will be able to register at the venue (L1) from 09.00 - 18.00 hrs each day.
The TFWA conference
The week begins in the Grand Ballroom with a conference whereby newly elected TFWA President Sara Branquinho will give her opening speech. There will be additional contributions from key travel figures Sunil Tuli (President of APTRA), Kishore Mahbubani, Hyunjin Kim (INSEAD) and Akira Back. The moderator for the talks will be former AirAsia X CEO, Azran OsmanRani and TFWA Conference Director Michele Miranda.

Taste of the World, situated in B2 this will be a celebrate of the global food and beverage culture with additional subjects such as hybrid retailing via a high energy, experience driven format. There will be live demonstrations and cooking shows, brand activations, F&B concepts and premium hospitality.
On the 11th May 2026 11.30 - 12.00 listen to world renowed chef Akira Back talk about food and hospitality.
Launchpads, emerging niche P&C brands that are currently not present in GTR can connect with industry decision makers.
Networking & social events
As with all TFWA conferences and exhibitions there will be a strong networking programme.
After the opening conference there will be a coffee break from 10.20 - 11.00 hrs.
The “Aura” Welcome Cocktail in the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay on 10th May 2026 with the dress code cocktail dress and business attire. Learn more about the venue here.
TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge, in partnership with the Taste of the World platform offers ideal networking opportunities on the 11th and 12th May 2026. Note that the Lounge this year will be located in the Taste of World.

Yellow Fever Requirements : All Travellers, including Singapore residents, with recent travel to countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (regardless of area, city or region) in the past six days prior to arrival in Singapore must produce a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate to the ICA officer upon arrival in Singapore. This requirement also applies to travellers who spent more than 12 hours in airport transit in these countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. Regular EZ-Link cards: Do ensure that there is sufficient value in your card. Minimally, you must have sufficient value to cover the fare from the point of boarding to the end of the bus route/interchange.

Concession cards: Please ensure that your card has a sufficient balance to be accepted at bus card readers. For details on the minimum card balance required.

Tap on entry reader and listen for a beep (Two beeps for Concession Passes). If multiple beeps are heard, tap again or use the other reader. Please remember to tap your card at the exit readers.

Information regarding taxis in Singapore (Source : KI Germany ) :
Singapore taxis are safe, metered, and available 24/7, with fares starting around S$3–$4. Street hailing is common, but taxis must stop at designated stands or safe areas, not yellow lines. Key apps include ComfortDelGro, Grab, and Gojek. Airport trips to the city take 30 mins, costing S$25–S$45.

Fares: Standard taxis charge ~S$0.26 per 400m (up to 10km) and S$0.26 per 350m (beyond 10km).

Surcharges: Additional fees apply for peak hours, midnight (usually +50%), and city areas.

Airport Transfer: A S$6 (low peak) to S$8 (high peak) surcharge applies to rides from Changi Airport.

Payment: Cash, credit cards, and apps (GrabPay, Gojek) are accepted.

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 :Buses 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110 and 858 to all 3 Terminals.
Terminal 4 : Public buses 24, 34, 36 and 110 will also bring you to Terminal 4.
Payment options for public transport include contactless Mastercard/Visa/NETS bank cards, mobile wallets, stored-value EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay cards, and Singapore Tourist Pass. Do note that admin fees apply for payments with foreign-issued bank cards.
Stored-value EZ-Link cards can be purchased from any Changi Recommends store, and at the Passenger Service Centre or TransitLink Ticket Office at Changi Airport MRT Station.
Alternatively, you may use cash to pay for your bus fare., please prepare the exact fare for your trip as no change will be given.

Quite warm and sticky - exceptional humdity - with the possibilities thunderstorms, average temperature high 30ºC but feels warmer with low temperatures of 26ºC. Visitors who have respiratory problems should be careful during May as there is increased haze caused by the farmers of the Indonesian island Sumatra who clear their land by setting fire to it instead of using excavators. Maybe take a small umbrella !

Key Travel Warnings & Safety Information:

Strict Laws & Penalties: Drug trafficking and some possession offences can carry the death penalty. Vapes (e-cigarettes) are illegal to possess, import, or use, with heavy fines or imprisonment.

Alcohol & Public Behaviour: Public drinking is banned between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.. Littering, jaywalking, and not flushing public toilets can lead to heavy fines.

Scams: Financial scams, including online dating and impersonation scams (often pretending to be authorities), are common.

Health: Dengue fever is endemic. Insect repellent is recommended.
